Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition with all included accessories and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email or call our boutique team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your item's eligibility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Leica equipment in its original manufacturer box, then place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with ample protective padding.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Miami showroom, ensuring the shipment is fully insured for its value.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment and its serial numbers, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
