We offer a 15-day return policy for most new items and a 48-hour inspection period for pre-owned equipment. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Does pre-owned equipment come with a warranty?

Most of our pre-owned Leica equipment includes a 90-day store warranty. If the item still carries a balance of the original Leica manufacturer warranty, that will also remain in effect.

Do you accept trade-ins toward new purchases?

Absolutely. We have a robust trade-in program where you can trade your existing Leica or other high-end photographic gear toward the purchase of new equipment. Contact us for a personalized quote.

How do I know the Leica product I am buying is authentic?

As an Authorized Leica Dealer, every new product we sell is sourced directly from Leica Camera. Each item includes a serial number that can be registered with Leica for warranty and authenticity verification.
